Dr. Christian Stone

Christian Stone is the co-founder of More Vino Limited and obtained his PhD in Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Strategy from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. During his tenure teaching at Carleton,
Dr. Stone worked extensively with the ILS simulation, teaching hundreds of students at the university level. He also holds a Master in Education (Framingham), an Executive Master in Business Administration (UWI) and an Honors in Business Administration (Ivey) and is a recipient of the Open Development Needs National Scholarship with a focus on Entrepreneurial Education. Along with his brother, he was awarded Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year from Ernst and Young in 2015 and has a passion for supporting budding Entrepreneurs in the Caribbean region. He is currently team lead on start-ups and investments and a Director on the Board for the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Commerce and Vice-President for the Board of Directors of Dunross Preparatory School. Dr. Stone has helped numerous Caribbean and North- American start-ups grow their business and has a passion for supporting Caribbean entrepreneurial development.

David Stone
David Stone is the co-founder of More Vino Limited, obtaining his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario (2004). He was the engine behind the growth of More Vino Limited, a pioneer in the wine and sushi industry, employing hundreds in the process and growing the organization into the largest provider of sushi on the island. Mr. Stone also brings a strong events management background having successful ventures under his belt including Fantasy Carnival, ISM Entertainment Events. Mr. Stone has also served in leadership for numerous non-profit community building initiatives including Boots for the Youths, work with the Princess Elizabeth School, Rock the V football tournament, The Glencoe park upgrade and football tournament. He is currently team lead on 3Stone's primary entrepreneurial education initiative, the National Secondary School Entrepreneurship Competition (www.nssectt.com). Under his leadership, the National Secondary School Entrepreneurship Competition has become one of the most impactful initiatives in youth business development in the region and to date, has delivered over 16,000 hours of training free of cost to students in all corners of Trinidad and Tobago. Sophia Stone
Sophia Stone is the founder and Managing Director of Caribbean Cure Limited. She holds a Masters in Education (Framingham), Bachelor of Education (Toronto) and a Bilingual Honours Degree in International Studies (York). She speaks four languages fluently and has been awarded both as a Millennium Excellence National Laureate and an Ontario Scholar. Mrs. Stone has worked extensively in the higher education institutional setting in Canada, and has also taught in both public and private schools in Trinidad. Mrs. Stone brings a wealth of experience in social entrepreneurship and fundraising having served on many non profit boards prior to joining the 3Stone team.
Mrs. Stone is currently team lead on 3Stone's manufacturing and export arm, serving as the Managing Director for Caribbean Cure Ltd. Caribbean Cure products have most recently been recognized in Paris with an award in Innovation, 2 Global Tea Championship awards as well as a start up finalist nomination at the EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards.
Mrs. Stone has successfully taken her brand global and Caribbean Cure is currently exporting to over 10 different countries with a joint-venture in Japan. Caribbean Cure is the first company from Trinidad and Tobago to have launched their products in Japan.
